Has anyone heard of these towns? Mieloczin or Micloczin, Karostowa or Chorostkow & Oesenlin. Either in Poland or Lithuania?
If Karostowa is Chorostkow, then I know where that is. Having no luck with the others.

Were all places in the same area? Maybe Chrostkowo, in kujawsko-pomorskie?

Gilberto, I don't know if they are in the same area or not. They are town or village names on ship immigration records. I am researching in the Wilno, Troki area of Lithuania, but they could also be in Poland. Nothing comes up when I Google them.

I Googled your Chrostkowo and see it is in Poland. That is a help for me. Thank you.

Trish,

Some Mieloczyn and Micloczyn in EI records. No additional clue in any of them, except for one that said Galicia. Looking close at that manifest it seems to me it is, actually Miechocin, just sout of Tarnobrzeg, as you can see here:
