It took place in Osjaków on 2 (14 ) March 1886 at 11 a.m. Appeared Tomasz Ciania, farmer, 30 years old, living in village Dąbrówki in the presence of Jan Walaszczak, 45 years old and Antoni Marchwicki, 45 years old, farmers living in Dąbrówki and presented us female child and said that the child was born in village Dąbrówki on 1 (13 ) March 1886 at 9 a.m. from his legal wife Agnieszka maiden name Januś, 20 years old. Child was baptised this day under the name Józefa. Godparents: Jan Walaszczak and Teofila Januś. Act was read to present, all illiterate, signed by the priest Madaliński, rector of Osjaków parish.

It took place in Osjaków on 7 (19 ) September 1886 at 5 p.m. Appeared Józef Ciania, farmer living in village Kuźnica Ługowska, 28 years old in the presence of Józef Biskupski, 50 years old and Andrzej Kurowski, 60 years old, farmers from Kuźnica Ługowska and presented us male child and said that the child was born in Kuźnica Ługowska on 29 August ( 11 September) 1886 at 7 p.m. from his legal wife Marianna maiden name Czyż, 21 years old. Child was baptised this day under the name Antoni. Godparents: Walenty Bożek and Marianna Zygmunt. Act was read to present, all illiterate, signed by the priest, rector of Osjaków parish, Ignacy Madaliński.

Child was baptised his day under the name Agnieszka. Godparents: Wieczorek Wawrzyniec and Madeja Katarzyna. Act was read to present, all illiterate, signed by the priest, parish rector, Wawrzyniec Nowakowski.

Hello!
If you can, please help me with this birth record for Franciszek Golonka of Rataje in 1895. He is my great-great uncle and I know he traveled to the USA in 1913 after he was married. I see the note on the side, but I cannot read his bride's name. Can you help? Thank you!
