Just a word of caution about one bit of information in the link to explanations about this Dictionary: The reference to GPS locations in some of the entries requires some explanation. Many of the entries give the longitude according to the Ferro system, i.e. as measured from Ferro (El Hierro) in the Canary Islands rather than from Greenwich, England. Ferro lies 17 degrees 39' 46" west of Greenwich. In order to get the correct longitude in the contemporary system it is necessary to subtract 17 degrees 39' 46" from the Ferro system longitude as listed in many entries in the Slownik. This is just a technicality but an important one if you want to locate a village based on the entry in the dictionary.
