Bierzwienna Krotka, September10th, 1864, at 10 a.m.
Presented himself Mikolaj Kubiak, a farmer from Bierzwienna Krotka, 31 years old, and in the presence of the witnesses Wojciech Kozuchowski, 25 years old, and also Mikolaj Kolodziejczak, 24 years old, both farmers in Bierzwienna Krotka, and presented us a child of the male sex, born in Bierzwienna Krotka, yesterday at 5 a.m., of his legal wife Julianna (nee Kujawa), 26 years old.
On the same day the child was baptized and was given the name MICHAL. Godparents were Wojciech Kozuchowski and Elzbieta Kubiak. The present act was read to the presents, who cannot read.
(Father) Franc(iszek) Wieczorkiewicz, komend? Bierzwienna parish.

This could be the Michal I'm looking for. I will see if any of our U.S. records give any indication of birthdate that could show they are the same person. Michal had a brother Martin and a brother Frank or maybe Joseph all of whom immigrated to the U.S. together. I know no more about the immigration.
This is very exciting to me. Thank you, Gilberto!

unfortunately, i can find nothing to prove this is the Michal Kubiak who is my ancestor in U.S. records. There is only one census entry that shows he immigrated in the year 1880 and that he was born in 1860. However, I am saving the information in case it is the correct person. And i am still thankful for the help.

According to Geneteka database, it seems all Bochantin were from Kielno.
There are LDS films covering the place and year:
