Born in Brooklyn NY, I now live in Florida. I have been researching my fathers line for around 25 years. My grandfather didn't know much about his father, he died at age 40, when my grandfather was 9. My grandfather was 16 years younger than his eldest brother. Before my grandfather was born, a daughter died at 1 years of age, and then a 10 year old daughter was run over by a vehicle in front of the house and died. 1000 days later my grandfather was born. God bless genealogy and the "thin thread" connecting blood and dreams, one marriage and one birth at a time. I apreciate the millions of hours you do to preserve the story, the truth.
