I am researching my grandparents Frank Joseph and Stella K Lojewska who were born in Poland. They had 3 children, Clara, Steven and Frances who were all born in Chicago. Frank was born 15 Nov 1894 and from his WWI registration card was born in Kolo, Poland but on his Intent of Declaration states his birth city was Sempolno, Russia. I also have a record stating he left Breman, Germany on the "Barbarossa" and arrived in New York on 16 Nov 1912. Stella Lojewski married my grandfather Frank in Chicago on 11 Nov 1916. I do not know definitely how many sibley's each grandparent had. Stella had a sister named Sr. Connie Lojewski who was a nun under the School of Sisters of Notre Dame in Chicago. Frank had a brother name Ted. Any information regarding my grandparents would be greatly appreciated. |
