I try to find out where in Poland this family came from before they settled in Rybcza around 1835: Ignacy Mytkowski born around 1790, Magdalena Grz ądkowska born around 1800, children Anna, Łukasz, Karol, Jakub, Franciszek (later married Aleksandra Pacewicz), Jan, J ózefa. I also try to find out where in Poland this Czajka family came from, and what the surname of the wife was before she married: Jan (probably born around 1885), Stanisława (born 1904). Children: Stanisław born 1930, Fryderyk, Wladek, Genowefa born 1937. Like many others, they were deported, spent years in Africa, and finally arrived in the UK in 1948. |
