I am planning a trip to Szczutowo, Gmina Gorzno, Kuyavian Pomoroskie in May, 2016. Hopefully, we will be able to see where my Grandmother grew up and learn about her family. The only official document I have of my Grandmother Cecylia (Lisinska) Kasprowicz, is her birth certificate, which was sent to her from the Clerks Office in Brodnica, Swiedziebnia in the 1950's. I believe she was born in 1882 to Jozef and Marianna (Falkowska) Lisinski. I think she married Teodor Kasprowicz in 1900-1902 and immigrated to New York in May of 1903. Where she first settled in Buffalo, New York and her husband opened a Saloon. If you have any information about this family, would you please contact me? Thank you so much. Diane |
