Looking to find out information on my Great Grandparents who arrived in the USA in approx. 1903 Jan (John) Joseph Seliga born 14 Feb 1889 in Kilkuszowa Nowy Targ Austria according to the Naturalization papers. The story is that he was in a Monastery practicing to become a Priest. (They think it was a German Monastery) He ended up having an affair with the housekeeper (my Great Grandmother) and they ran away to the US. Her name is Anna B. Sobola born 15 October 1888 in Nowy Targ Austria John may have a brother names Stanislaw (Stanley) John Seliga born 28 March 1891 in Kilkuszowa Nowy Targ We don't know any of their parents names or any other siblings. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated. |
