I do not speak Polish, but should be able to get something translated. My grandfather Bartlomien Bal was born 24 Aug 1874 as lists Markuszka has his home. His father's name is Joseph, mother's name Catharina (Osik). He attended the Conservatory in Krakow and was part of the Royal Guard for Emperor Franz Joseph. He also wrote a political essay, which critized the government. He sailed to America in March 1897 out of Rotterdam, Holland. Maryanna Myczkowska lists Zmigrod as her home and had a brother Adam. She was born around 1883-1885 and her mother's name Kunegunda Malecka, father's name Thomas. |
