on the page of my gg-grandmother's birth in Rzeplin, I found 2 other listings with surname Sałamaj. One being the mother's maiden name, the other being the father's name

I'm able to link those 2 parents are brother & sister based on their parents of Michal Sałamaj & Maria Dryla. Perhaps Michal Sałamaj is the brother to my gg-grandmother's grandfather Andrzej Sałamaj... of course only speculation

I'm also finding same last names between the godparents/witnesses for my gg-grandmother's birth & marriage and the godparents of these 2 records above

                                      I found one Sałamaj on a database that shows Poles and other Ethnic groups that served in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, there i found some finds for my own research.

As the lists are austrian controlled, the first names are often there variation, however the Surname is exact. I found a Demeter Sałamaj listed but it is only an index and there is nothing else connected to it. Possibly Demeter is the Austrianised version of Dimitriusz. There is also a lot about Sałamaj's in Rzeplin across google search but obviously i dont know how connect to directly to yours you listed

                                      hoping one day to make a connection so here goes;

my great great grandfather Antoni (Antonious) Czepiel born 1888 to Michal/Michael Czepiel & Agnieszka/Agnes Piestrak in Lopuszka Wielka
he had 3 siblings born prior that survived infancy; Andrzej in 1879, Aniela in 1882, Krystyna in 1884 (at this time I haven't been able to get info on siblings born after 1888)
I have marriage bann for Michal and Agnes dated 1876 in Kańczuga

Michal/Michael Czepiel born 1849 in Zagorze to Pawel/Pauli Czepiel (b. ABT 1798) and Katarzyna/Catherina Dubas (b. ABT 1821)

Agnieszka/Agnes Piestrak born 1856 in Siedleczka to Wawrzyniec Piestrak (b. ABT 1799) and Zofia Stanko (b. ABT 1822)

*NOTE* I do have one more generation up on the eldest listed but no dates for those above

Antoni Czepiel married Stanislawa Sałamaj Jan 1914 before leaving Poland in May 1914

Stanislawa Sałamaj was born 1893 in Rzeplin, Jaroslaw
Father: Antoni Salamaj, son of Andrzej and Katarzyna nee Kuniewicz
Mother: Maria, daughter of Antoni Węgrzyniak and Jadwiga Kaciuba
Godparents: Wincenty Kuniewicz and Maria Makowiecka

At this time I have no sibling info for Stanislawa, but I have been told she did have a sister that immigrated to the US
