5. Also in my family tree there is one generation difference between Katarzyna and her sister(one is my 3 times great grandmother, the second my 2 times great grandmother). How is that possible?

For #2 (Marcin Różański - Feliks's father, and Eleonora - Feliks's mother. I don't know her maiden name).
If you can find the birth record of Feliks Różański, it will list the parents names, and it usually includes Elenora's maiden name.

There are 4 different microfilms.
I would start by finding the birth record of Feliks (13 May, 1912).
Akta urodzeń 1904-1917 Family History Library International Film 2120472 Item 3 (urodzen = birth)

So, you want to order FILM #2120472 to find the 1912 birth on Microfilm, then when you find it, get a screen capture (JPG, PNG, etc) of the record, and post it onto this website for translation.
