Yes, this info is the base in all genealogical search, here is my help re the right location of your family ancestral land in Poland: You told Luslawice, and there were and are few places named Luslawice in Poland, you told Zakliczyn, and there were and are few places in Poland named Zakliczyn, but crossing these two names here is the reply to your query:
This is the village/old manor farm Lauslawice in the small town Zakliczyn area, located in SE Poland - in the 19th c in Austria-Hungary Emipre in the provice name Galicia.
Here are the base weblinks for your Family History Book:
This Zakliczyn with detailed map of Poland, your Luslawice in located in East, just in 1 mile (although not noted on the map):
http://mapa.szukacz.pl/?x=630346&y=222583&zoom=3
But Polish Wikipedia is telling many about your family ancestral Zakliczyn, use any internet translator to have all in English!, you will see how historically rich is this place:
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lusławice_(województwo_małopolskie)
Good luck in your search and life,
My great-grandfather's half-brother was Ignacy Zagura (or Zagora - I've seen it spelled both ways), born in Luslawice, Zakliczyn(spelling?), Poland. He was born to Joseph Zagura/Zagora and Anna (Osiecka) Zagura/Zagora. Ignacy came to America in 1906.

If anyone has any information and would like to pass it along, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
