It's tricky because "Schleisien, Prussia" is Śląsk, Silesia, name of region.

I looked up names staring with "Schlei" in old geography book

Schleisien = Szląsk (i.e. Śląsk, Silesia, name of region)
few lines later
Schliesa = village with name changing over time, near Piskorzów; Piskorzów is close to Wroclaw, Breslau, few km south (and in Śląsk, Silesia region).

Emil Musial is almost certainly Emil Musiał, more than 23000 persons with this name in today Poland, a lot in Śląsk, Silesia region:
