Bingo! Your "best shot" was right on the money! I found Stanislaw Krygier's birth record for 1891 in the Lipowiec parish records.

I recently had a death record for Stanislaw Krygier translated from Russian to English. The record indicated Stanislaw, 1 year old, died in Uniszki Zawadski. However, the record indicates he was born in another village. Ryszard translated this village as Romok with a question mark (?). I cannot find anything remotely close to Romok near Uniszki.
