Getting Info from Central Historical Archives in Lviv

I have a deadend on one line of my ancestors (Rygiel). They eventually settled in Hlibow (Grzymalow/Skalat/Ternopil) approximately in the 1860's. I only know the approximate birthdate of my gr-grandmother because of her age listed in her marriage record. However, do not know where she was born nor her parents birthplace. I was wondering if I wrote the Central Historical Archives in Lviv with their deathdate maybe the death rcds would have place and actual date of them. I have researched most RC and GC parish records in that area.

The next thing is paying for the services. Some years ago, I requested info from the Bydgoszcz area. The charges weren't bad, the real expense was the money order and this was going to Poland and not Ukraine. Does anyone have suggestions on best way to send payment and also if you think I might get anything from death rcds.
