Two volumes, first PDF almost 250 pages with index of villages in 16 century, second maps in djvu format (my little spot is zoomed 1000%, and execellent).

I think your guess is correct.

I decipher line 24 in above as Gorczin, Gosczin [Gouzin would be with French background].
A kind of name making headake to non Polish speaker.

Within today gmina (community) Siemiątkowo you have villages Goszczk and Gradzanowo

The wiki of gmina Siemiątkowo clarifies that previously its name was gmina Gradzanowo (the village Gradzanowo was more important that Siemiątkowo and gave name to gmina=community of villages)

ADDENDUM once I could browse maps of Mazowsze from the second part of 16 century (thanks to a hint in Nancy's post today - nercell, that lead me to PAN book).

On that old map I can see B.-Goździe, Bojanowo-Goździe, north of Bojanowo, and Suwaki.
In the old geography book it is Bojanowo also known as Bojanowo-Gwoździe [gwóźdź i młotek = nail and hammer], parish Gradzanowo

That name "Goździe", not existing any longer, could also be candidate. See part of that map, with Goździe and with Goszczk.

NB. Re: Bronislawa Zeszotarski - I am sure you already know that "z with dot above" Ż ż spells exactly like "Rz" "rz", it is a matter of orthography, and you have to find etymology to decide. In your case it is almost certainly Rzeszotary (village).
