Through a fellow researcher on that family line, I think his father was Petyr and Petyr's father was Joseph but I don't have any documents to back that up. I also through old family letters found out that Dymetro was one of up to 8 siblings. Some of the other names are Anastasia, Louis, Pellagia, and some unknowns. I will post again if I find any more info or documents.

I have Pawelczak and Kwak from the district of Nowy Targ in my family tree:
- Franciszka Pawelczak who married Jan Cholewa, had a daughter Katarzyna Cholewa, born 1863 in the village of Morawczyna. She married my great-grand-uncle Jan Bryjak from the village of Dlugopole, died 1931 in Chicago;
- Jan Kwak, who married Rozalia Kozierwinska, had a daughter Aniela/Angeline Kwak, born 1894 in Wroblowka. She married my first cousin Jozef Bryjak from the village of Dlugopole, died 1965 in Illinois.
The villages Morawczyna, Dlugopole, and Wroblowka are very close to Czarny Dunajec.
I also have a Wojciech Kwak from the village of Skrzypne who married Magdalena Anna Piton.
Unfortunately I don't know names of siblings.

                                      I recognize the name Kwak from villages near Czarny Dunajec, but not the name Pawelczak - but maybe some other people who have researched in Podhale can comment on the name Pawelczak.
Where in Pennsylvania did Kunegunda live?

                                      Any chance Kwak could be KRZAK? The pronunciation would be similar. The names Jozef and Kunegunda Krzak appear to be related to my grandmother Elzbieta Krzak born 1897 (daughter of Josephus) from Dlugoleka and Przyszowa which are near Czarny Dunajec. My grandmother was the youngest of 12 and daughter of my great-grandfather's third wife. Maybe cousins? My grandmother and a couple of other only slightly older siblings made their way to Cleveland, OH, but I have seen what may be older family members in PA. If not family, at least we are searching the same areas and I have a very hard time finding info from it. If you know of resources, please let me know.
