Help in figuring out list from book

Hello All,

One of the pleasant surprises I have had as of late is perusing with my djvu viewer a number of online resources related to the area in modern day Lithuania (At the time of the records Russian Empire).

I have found a wealth of Russian documents on the http://kresy.genealodzy.pl/. I have found in particular many books that are photographed that are in Russian which is almost impossible for me to read. One such resource I just found is the 1859 list of pentinents and those receiving communion from Troki parish. I am having great difficulty making out how the list is organized. I am hopefull however that I can possibly find my ancestors on this list as I know that at least two ancestors where born and baptized in Troki in 1862 and 1864.

In particular I hope to find the parents and perhaps older siblings of Weronika and Jozefa Fronckiewicz who were born in 1862 and 1864 respectively. I hope to establish that their parents Jozef Fronckiewicz born about the year 1818 and his wife Marcjanna (Marianna) are on this list.

I would appreciate help in knowing how the said list is organized.
