&lt;span style=&quot;font-weight: bold&quot;&gt;Le&amp;#347;niewski&lt;/span&gt; is a popular surname in Poland, especially in the old Prussia and Polish - Prussia borders territories: in central Poland, Poznan area, north and north-east corner of Poland. In 2002 there were 5911 people by the surname Le&amp;#347;niewski living in Poland and the most lived in Warsaw (273), Lodz (179) and in Radom (113) areas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In 19th century there were eight noble Le&amp;#347;niewski or Le&amp;#347;niowski families living in Lomza, Gniezno, Bielsko, Mazovia and Western Ukraine. They used following coats of arms: Rawicz, Gryf, Modzele, Pierzcha&amp;#322;a, Roch, and Grzyma&amp;#322;a.&lt;br /&gt;
