There appeared Feliks Zawada, 42 years old and Tomasz Kawka, 52 years old, peasants residing in the village od Majdan and declared to Us that on January 12th.24th of the current year, at 6 p.m., Maciej Soszyński died in the village of Majdan, a peasant, married, 60 years old, who was born in the village of Zielone and lived in the village of Majdan, a son of the parents unknown to the declarants. He was survuved by his wife, Anna nee Dworniczak.

There appeared Karolina Zatorska, 55 years old, a midwife residing in the village of Susiec, in the presence of Michał Ruta, 48 years old, residing in the village of Sznury and Józef Zatorski, 31 years old, residing in the village of Susiec, both peasants and presented to Us a nebworn male child, who was born yesterday in the village of Susiec, at 4 a.m., to the unmarried Rozalia nee Wdowiak, 41 years old.

At Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Łukasz and his godparents were Michał Ruta and Karolina Zatorska.

At Holy Baptism, held today by Us, the child was given the name Józef, and his godparents were: Józef Lipiński and Józefa Kubisiak.

This Act was read to those present, all of whom were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

We make it known that in the presence of witnesses, Franciszek Kozaczyk, a worker, 36 years old and Jan Ambronik, a church servant, 44 years old, both residing in Służewo, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:

Józef Laks, widower after his late wide, Marianna, who died on December 23rd/January 5th 1887, who was born in Służewo, a son of Jan and Marianna nee Sobiechowska, the Laks spouses, a worker residing in the village of Stara Wieś

and

Marcjanna Laskowska, a miss, 23 years old, who was born in the village of Plebanka, a daughter of spouses: Łukasz Laskowski and Jóżefa Laskowska nee Przybysz, residing in the cillage of Stara Wieś at her parents'.
