I think there is a "little" error in the second surname. Meilnik doesn't sound Polish but Mielnik definitly is Polish. Check map of distribution of the surname throughout Poland: http://www.moikrewni.pl/mapa/kompletny/mielnik.html .

Looking on the distribution of this surname from historical point of view it is possible that people bearing Mielnik surname originated from the old Galicia territory (south-east part of today's Poland and western Ukraine) and part of them might be resettled after war to south-west corner of present-day Poland.
