My GGG grandmother, Josepha Boinska settled in Manitowoc, Wisconsin in 1872. Her sister, Antonina Boinska settled there, too. The family moved to Chicago and South Bend, Indiana, where the name is still here to this date.

Boinska/Boinski? If yes, very rare surname in Poland, known as local in the Poznan/Posen province. Polish etymological works tell this derived from the very old Polish surname Bojanicki noted in Poland from the year 1294, going from the place named Bojanice same area, where the first family cradle and manor home would be located.
So, we can tell the Boinski is the national treasure, preserved in few places in the present-day Poland, and in the U.S.
Ciao!
Halina Andrzejewska & family Andrzejewski, Sadki, Poland
Roman Andrzejewski & family Andrzejewski, Sadki, Poland
What would the the second surname?
Hi, Tad

Nice to see you back! I assume it is point 5 because there is no other bride from Kulaski.
In Poznan Project her surname was indexed as Boinske. Here I read "Boinske (comma ommited) virgo".
