On the sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-four, in the Roman Catholic Parish Church in Mejszagola, and infant was baptized with water and holy oils as Stanislaw Adam, by Priest J. Jawgiell.

{Who are his/her parents? When and where (i.e. in which parish)was he/she born?}

The son of the Mieczkowskis, namely of the married couple Barnaba and Maryanna nee Dowiatt, both of the noble birth, born on the eighth day of September in the current year 1844, in Zablocie.

{By whom was he/she held during the baptism? (i.e. who are the godparents?) Who was assisting?}

During the baptism {he} was held by Adam Hryniewski along with Aniela the wife of Jozef Szawlewicz, both of the noble birth.

The act states " ślubnych małżonków" what means Barnaba and Marianna were marriage at the born date of Stanisław.
