I have not found any information about thuis surname in Hoffman's "Polish surnames" and in other sources (here is the list of the sources that we use usually to find the information about the origins of surnames:Sources )

Maybe this is some spelling variation, for example: Weidner, Wajdner, Wagner.

Wagner: https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Wagner

All of these above surnames are not typicall Polish ones and have some German origins.
