Hello,
Do you have any vital info on Jadwiga Drozdzok? My ancestor was Viktor Drozdzok (1889-1969) from the same village, Hohenbirken (Brzezie). Perhaps they are related? Also, which photo is the one with the Brzezie pilgrims?
Interesting note https://ratibor-raciborz.blogspot.com/2013/04/pielgrzymi-z-1913-roku.html

Here is the photo of pilgrims from Brzezie visiting Rhome (1913). One of them was Jadwiga Drożdżok. I think the real name of Drozdzok would be either Drożdżok or Drożdziok, probably both valid, as variations of same name. Today people living even with Droździok surname
HI!, You may ask somebody to go to the Archives in Racibórz and take the photos of the available books. Here is the info on births and archives http://baza.archiwa.gov.pl/sezam/pradziad.php?l=pl&mode=showopis&id=38857&miejscowosc=brzezie you may also ask directly by mail for research and scans but it ususally costs much.

books of Brzezie available in archive:
births: 1874-1907, 1909-1912
marriages: 1874-1910
deaths: 1874-1884, 1886-1910

Racibórz community:
BMD: 1874-1911

Markowice community:
BMD: 1874-1904

Adamowice:
At the time of interest (XIX cent.) Adamowice and Raszczyce belonged to Markowice parish.

I cannot determine of what faith are these books but probably r-catch.
