6/12 - Przedmieście --(przedmiescie=suburbs)
6/13 - Dynów? -- yes, Dynów
7/10 - Dowód osobisty nr..... z dnia 6 of nov, 1940 issued in gm(ina) ....... Dynów
7/12 - looks like Lwów -- yes, Lwów
7/13 looks like 4/8, 7/4 from p.1 -- yes, Dynów
