My sincere thanks for this explanation Elzbieta. One factor that the provider did tell me was that the first column was the name of the landowner of that piece. My main focus was the declination of the names which you adeptly explained. I will copy/paste it in my notes. Thanks again. There was an index in the list also. Perhaps that will define things further. I will try to get it posted some time soon. I marvel that such records still exist. I will also note that the church marriage record of Antoni and Regina her maiden surname was spelled Grasza and his Właź.

The important part is to decipher and understand titles and method.

Column1: Nazwiska ? (could be podatnikow, but better quality of the title is required to say)
Column2: Górna Laska? (probably the name of a pacel of land, to be checked)
Seven Columns, subdivided into two parts, with the exception of Column3 subdivided in three parts; in some cases the second name is "Suma"= Total amount
Column3: Zagony // Fields
Column4: Czynsz // Rent, lease
Column5: Czynszyk // Small Rent, lease
Column6: Żyto // Rye
Column7: Owies // Oat
Column8: N?
Column9: ?

It is very difficult to say unless you are historian familiar with.
My guess is that the name in the Column1 is the person responsible to declare or pay on behalf of his team, group of people, men and women.
In the first "multiple line" Szemilowski, there are:
Jakub Grasza
Kazim. Garbul
Jakub Grapa
Michal Lizut
Wdowa Lizutka
Piaskiem zawialo
I think the names of people making the above "team" are rather description that civil records (like Rob to say Robert, or Chuck to say Charles).
Jakub is a given name, but is "Grasza" a short to say "Graszowski" or does it mean that peasans were called with a name derived from the landlord's one?
Kazim. is a short for Kazimierz, Garbul might be a name, but Garbul could be to say "an abnormality on a person's back", someone with a hump
Michal Lizut seems to be regular first and last, but Wdowa Lizutka is "widow of Lizut" using Polish suffix
The last line "piaskiem zawialo" means the land was covered by sand arriving with the wind. Maybe a well defined line to say no crops from part of fields, no taxes.

In the second "multiple line" Graszowski, there are:
Jakub Grapa
Grzech Grasza
Jozef Grasza
Halka Grapa
Piaskiem zawialo
-- Halka is a variant of feminine name Halina, Grzech is a short for Grzegorz
