Below is the map showing both Gromadno and Wikorówko. Parish for Gromadno is Smogulec.
Although it is more likely the bride and groom come from and were born in the same parish, it is possible this is not the case. Either or both could be from the same parish, but born elsewhere. The groom could be from another parish. The marriage record should make clear what the situation is, identifying any other parish involved,
My paternal grandfather was born in Galicia, but married in Russian Poland. My maternal grandfather's brother moved 40 km from his birthplace.

                                      Hi Elaine,
To answer your first question, I understand how you can see a similarity between the names Winke and Wnuk, but they are different. The word "wnuk" in Polish means grandson.
Hopefully someone else will join in here regarding your geography question.
Best of luck in your search,

As found on the original marriage record in Polish Thomas Winke had a marriage witness Franciscus Wnuk. Could he have been a relative? The names are so similar and there were a lot more Wnuk's around then. Another thing is Thomas Winka was from WIKTOROWO, and not WiktorowKo. Slight spelling difference. Is Wiktorowo near Gromadno where the marriage occurred? I have not been able to locate it on a map. One resource says it was also called in German VIKTORSAU and was in the Polish parish of Lobzenica, in Wyrzysk District, Deanery Bydgoszcz, in the Diocese of Gniezno. Why can't I find it on the map? Even though Wiktorowo was on the marriage certificate, I still wonder if WiktorowKo could be the right place after all, because it is only 8 miles from Gromadno. What do you think? Thanks for your help. Elaine

As Dave wrote you, this surname has some German origins. In Hoffman's "Polish surnames" there is also a surname Winkel, that comes from winkiel, “coal; angle, corner,”.

In 2002 there were 28 individuals using the surname Winke living in Poland. Detailed map of the surname distribution can be found here: https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Winke. The surname Winkel is more popular (554 people in 2002), here is the map: https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Winkel. And there is also a surname Winkiel (342 people in 2002): https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Winkiel.
According to Hoffman's book, Wink is from a German personal name. All the names that start with Wink are listed as derived from German personal names.
