Hello,

I recently contacted Mr. Hoffman regarding the Surname "Duplaga". I posted his answer on the Surname Forum yesterday. I just took some time to check out his personal website which is listed at the End of the above post.

He listed some interesting information and explanations on his site. One topic gives an address where we can write to, in Poland to obtain an "Address of someone Living in Poland". He said we would call it a "Central Address Bureau." It is dated from 1990 -2002. I do believe the only address we can request would be for someone who is Currently alive and living in Poland at this time! He gives instructions of how to go about it.
