Thank you for your advice. I've an international paid subscription with ancestry.com under the username tedleja1. I never thought of searching for the town where they were born. After setting up the tree I've only done searching under each tree member's name. You may find these links from poland interesting. If you can't read Polish (like me) then the google translator will be invaluable.
An idea...
I am doing a similar thing with trying to find any family from Moszczenica too. What I have done is: look through the microfilms from that town and trace the family including the brothers and sisters nearest to the time frame as I can. Then, I go on www.ellisislandrecords.org and search for the town of Moszczenica. Anyone with that town listed on its records come up and then I can look for the names and see if they are on the microfilms and then I have them. I go to www.ancestry.com (you need a subscription) and search the family trees. You could find what your looking for this way.

You could also search on the family trees at ancestry.com using only the name of the town and all people on there tree with that town will come up.

I hope this helps a little?
Many Blessings,

I believe they were born in Kolbuszowa (when it was part of the Austrian province of Galicia) in the late 1890s. They were married in that town and immigrated to Canada , Jan Przywara in 1927 with 2 daughters Sophie (my mother) and Victoria and Ludwika following in 1930. I believe that the farm may have been passed on to 1 of Jan's siblings. My mother Sophie (recently deceased at age 84) always talked about her aunt Bertha (Branislawa) sister of Ludwika again from Kolbuszowa who passed thru Ellis Island in New York city in 1913 at age 17. In the late 70's Bertha was living in New Jersey and my grandmother had the chance to visit her after an absence of 50 years. I'm looking for any other Karkut or Przywara from that small town to complete my family tree. That's the logical reason but once you start this quest emotion takes over because anyone still living there is part of my family that I have never met.
