Go to polishroots.com. Under research click on surnames. Under related resources click on surname distribution map. Type surname in box and click on szukaj. This will give you an idea of how frequently your surname appears in Poland. Rest pointer on area and city name will appear.

I would like to know frequency of the name Miarka in Poland and what towns they live in. Also, especially the village/town of Kazimierzy Malej. My family, I do know comes from Minoga and I have been in contact with a relative, I found years ago. I would like to write to the Roman Catholic Church in the towns. Thank you, Mark Miarka
