Wien (Vienna in English) is the city, and Alserstr. is the street name abbreviation for Alserstrasse. So the "name and complete address of nearest relative or friend in country whence alien came from" according to the ship manifest is "Mother Lawicka, Amalia (or Aniela?), Alserstr. 40, Wien, District IX, Austria.

I could find a reference to District 9, Alserstrasse in Vienna. Do you think this is the correct reference?

It looks like Wien IX [district IX], Alserstr. 40, Austria.

This address is from a 1910 Passenger Manifest. Trying to make out the address/town listed just below the line: 'Mother: Lawicka, Amalia'
Deperately hoping someone can help out. For reference, this town is likely to be in Galicia, in the area of Lwow, Jarosłow, etc.
