Magdalena's maiden name may have been Marczak, Marczyk or Ryfun. The family originally may have been from Zernica, Lisko in southern Poland. The letter was sent to a cousin in Syracuse, New York, USA by the name of Ann Szpak McPhail. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
