P.S. I think that the man on the right, seated, in your photo, with his hand on a book, is the priest in the center of the other picture. The nun, standing on the left in your photo, is the nun seated two people to the right of the priest in the other picture.

Hi TecklaMarie,
I think this is the same Bem family as shown in photos by another person here on the forum. Look at: http://forum.polishorigins.com/viewtopic.php?t=3353&highlight=bem and go to the 4th photo. I believe that several of the people there are the very same people in your photo. What do you think?

This picture has been in the family homestead, on a prominent wall, for over 100 years. The only remaining family member is now herself over 100 and only knows that it is of family in Poland.
Can anyone recognize the people or even the time period?
