As for Katarzyna, it also might be "Osiecka", but due to the document being folded, cannot really tell.

The names is Teresa Mrugacz. If you showed us the document with the name Krawczyk we could try to explain the difference.

The other is (most probably) Katarzyna Olecka (I am not hundred percent sure about the second letter because of the bending).

Is this an actual surname? I have the original document showing a Teresa Mrugair but on American documents show her maiden name as Krawcyzk. Understanding that it could be due to a second marriage. Also see left hand side of document that has a name that is somewhat blurred Katarzyna
O?ecka. Any help deciphering this document is greatly appreciated.
