You may already have this information if you subscribe to Ancestry.com. I found a delayed birth record filed by Paul Rygiel on 15 Jul 1943. He likely needed a birth record in order to register for the draft, so he filed a delayed birth record in the state of Pennsylvania. It contains quite a bit of information such as:

Pauls parents were:

Charles Rygiel
Born about 1876 in Iwonicz, Krosno, Podkarpakie, Poland
He is shown as already deceased in 1943

Catherine Drost
Born about 1878 in Libatowka, Krosno, Podkarpakie, Poland
She is shown as living in Iwonicz in 1943 as a farmer

Paul Rygiel was born 15 Jan 1908 in Ellsworth, Washington County, PA
He was baptized on 19 Jan 1908 at St. Luke's Church in Ellsworth, Washington County. PA

Also on the delayed birth record is the following information regarding Paul's siblings:

As of 1908, Paul had 2 living siblings
As of 1908, Paul had 1 sibling that was dead
As of 1908, Paul's mother, Catherine, had 4 stillborn children

Paul Rygiel's address as of the filing of the delayed birth record in 1943 was:

41 Silk Street, Wallingfod, CT

Also, this record provides you with the correct village i Poland for the birth Charles Rygiel and his wife Catherine.

The delayed birth record shows Catherine Drost was born in "Libatowka". However, there is no such village in Poland. It is most likely: Lubatowka, or Lubatowa both of which are in Krosno, Pokarpakie, Poland. See the following links:

I am looking for information on my families roots in Poland. From what I’ve learned so far my great grandfather, Karol Rygiel, immigrated to the United States from Poland. He immigrated via Pennsylvania at about 32 years old. He had a son while in the United States by the name of Paul Rygiel, They then travel back to Portland where he had a daughter. From what Ive learned so far he came from a town called Iwanowicz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
