Hi,

There are too many options but look at http://ksng.gugik.gov.pl/pliki/urzedowy_wykaz_nazw_miejscowosci_2015.pdf and find all villages/town with 'radzie' at beginning .

Back to your card i see " Radziejena or Radziejewa".
