A couple of suggestions:

Google “Wola Łącka” <surname>, and try and contact any email addresses that show up in the results.
Try also searching on the nearby larger towns of Gostynin, Łąck, Gąbin and a little bit further away Płock.

Wólka Łącka belongs to the parish of Gąbin specifically the parish church of St. Michael (św. Mikołaja w Gąbinie).
Suggest that you stand outside the church either before or after Sunday mass with a handheld sign of the surnames that you are interested in contacting. Also, visit the town cemetery.
