Both his place of birth and the parish where he was baptized are the same---Lubowidz.

You are in luck and the records for that parish are available online at Family Search. There are several copies of the records available. I would recommend those in this link since they appear to be in the best condition: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/2833771?availability=Family%20History%20Library

Using the Geneteka index in combo with the Family Search online films you should be able to accomplish much research online. Attached in the previous post is a copy of Wincenty’s (Vincent’s) birth record. Notice that the record is in Russian Cyrillic script. However, you are in luck in that names of the main individuals are in Polish (Roman Alphabet script) in parentheses.
