German/Danish: Sötzmann = Polish Zecman

My own family, Krampitz, often shows up as KrampIC. I was told the German ITZ sounds the same as the Polish IC at the end of words.

I would like to get all the examples of German surnames that were Polonized by adding a Polish suffix such as -ski, -ar, -ek, etc.

For example: Müller - Milerski, Schubert - Szuberski, Schultz - Szulczynski, Meyer - Majerski, etc.

Could someone please give me more examples?
