Date of birth: 1885
Place of birth: very difficult to read, I'd say it's Sołotwina. Should it correct than it's the county of Nadwórna, province Stanisławów. Nowadays on Ukrainian territory, oblast Ivanofrankivsk.
Proffesion: a farmer
Face: oval
Hair: blond
Eyes: gray

I don't see a seal in full but suppous that there is starostwo Śniatyńskie (county Śniatyń). It is aslo the same province but different county.

Hello,

My great-grandmother Justyna Sussak's Polish passport (from around 1920s), I'm trying to investigate my origins, and I found it extremely hard to read the details on this passport if anyone can tell me what's written there, I'd highly appreciate it.
