Otóż pisownia przez -t- wynika z fonetyki, która głoskę tę, położoną przed bezdźwięcznym -k-, ubezdźwięcznia. Warto zauważyć, że są też warianty Dutka, Dutkiewicz (z tym samym ubezdźwięcznieniem), ale nie ma nazwiska Dutek.
Co do miejscowości w Kieleckiem: Dudków należał zapewne do kogoś o przydomku Dudek, a później od tej nazwy mogło powstać nazwisko Dudkowski/Dutkowski. Dutkowskich jest nieco więcej, bo 2230 osoby.

Looking for info on Chirinko and Dudko. Could be from Carpatho-Rus area. Dudko could be from present day Ukraine.
