Hello,
Jabłonka is in Orava so it was a part of Hungary in 19th century so not in Krakow diocese and there are no records here. They are probably available in a local parish only. There may also be some records in Slovak church archive, probably in Spiska Kapitula, although the records they have there are not the easiest to search (there are single books for each year for all parishes in the diocese.

The copies of vital records from the parish in Jablonka are most probably in the Archidiocese Archive in Kraków, and you will not find them online...

See the contemporary map of the surname distribution: https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Ulmanek

Only 12 people bearing surname Ulmanek is living in Poland and 6 of them in Jablonka.

I am looking for the family history for Joseph Ulmanek, born in Poland (but he lists Hungary/Austria/Galicia/ on different documents). He was born circa 1859. He married Anna Pilc/Pilch. He came to Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, USA in 1890. His daughter Maria Ulmanek was baptized in 1888, at Jablonka Parish. Krakow/Orawa. I cannot find any of his family records in Poland.
Thank you for any help you can give.
