Both were from the village of Polska Wieś. Perhaps your uncertainty arises from the lack of capital letters and/or from the case in which the words appear. Transcribed into contemporary Polish with capitalization the words are “oboje z Polskiej Wsi” = “both from Polska Wieś”.<br /> <br /> For the second question—It is a notation which describes the bride and the groom.
