Hi,
Your grandmother, Helen Zaleska, daughter of Antony Zeleski and Stella Juzwiak....... did she have brothers/sisters? Do you know their names and birth years?
Did they always live in Connecticut?

And your grandfather Stanley Czajkowski, son of Jan Czajkowski and Helen Kalczywska.... did he have siblings? birth years? Did your grandparents live in any other US cities?

Do you have any other information? Did you find them on any census records?

Both my grandparents were born in the US, however they both returned to Poland for a short time. My grandmother was born in New Haven, CT and went back to Poland and returned on the SS Majestic in August 1935. Her maiden name was Helena Zeleska/Helen Zeleski, born April 20th 1918. Her parents were Anthony Zeleski and Stella Juzwiak. My grandfarther Stanley Czajkowski, was also born in the US. He was born in Worcester, MA on Nov. 8th, 1915. His parents were Jan/John Czajkowski and Helen Kalczywska.

I have no information about my grandparents parents or how or when they came to the US. It is very fustrating. Would like to trace back to Poland.
