Rzeszow is a large area, but the location is in line with what Zenon said about the Nizolak surname:

Have you learned anything new about your family that may help you narrow down your grandfather's birthplace, or are you sure that the location was, in fact, the town of Rzeszow?

I visited that part of Poland in the fall of 2011 and arrived in Poland at the Rzeszow airport. It is a beautiful area!

Just found out my grandfather Samuel Nizolak was born in Rzeszow Poland in 1898. Are the any records there showing any family lineage. Hope some in the area can check and contact me. Thanks.
