You are right, Ustianowa belonged to the Roman-Catholic parish in Jasień, part of Ustrzyki Dolne https://goo.gl/maps/KBvKCjkUFYcNfDE76
Jasień parish was established in 17th century.
Unfortunately the records are not available online. They are stored in the parish office and in the Diocese Archive in Przemyśl.
