Bob,

It is a beautiful church indeed. In 2001, it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Here is the link to the English version of its website: http://www.kosciolpokoju.pl/en.php
The website actually calls it the Peace Church.

It is also described in a Wikipedia article in German and French:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friedenskirche_%28%C5%9Awidnica%29

Have a look inside this old wooden church in south west Poland.

Use the pointers to look all the way round the 360 degree views of the interior of the church.

It's incredible! Best viewed full screen. Do zoom in to see all the beautiful details.

http://zieba.wroclaw.pl/kpg/kps.html

Give adequate time to load! Then 'close' the dark bottom overlay to use the arrows & zoom.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That was all I was given, unfortunatly the church isn't better identified. Using a bit of detective work:
Using Google Maps, with "Churches near Wroclaw, Poland", I wasn't able to figure which church it could be. Wikipedia shows several old wooden churches in Southern Poland, none in Wroclaw, many as ornate as the panorama view from that site.
Click the very bottom of the panorama and you go to the home of that site where there are many points of interest in Wroclaw named - all in Polish. Clicking on "Gigapanorama Kościoła Pokoju"
showed the original URL'd church - which is "Church of Peace"
