Hi Szynkiewicz,
I can't read Russian, but within the document the names are also written in Polish, so I can tell you that this is a record for Andrzej Dorsz and not for Franciszek Zielinski.
If you could post a link to where you found this, perhaps I can help you get to the correct Act 113, so that Marcel can translate it for you.

There is an error in the parish book. The baptism record for Franciszek Zieliński is entered at number 99.

Thank you for the translation and info. I noticed that but wasn't sure if I was reading wrong! Appreciate it very much!
